Week 12

Frodo and his friends started their journey.

At the hotel they stayed, they met a man. His name is Aragorn, Dubbed Strider, he is a Dunedain ranger and the heir to Gondor's throne. At first, he seemed very strange and suspicious person, but he saved their lives. After that, he helped them very much.

They made very long journey. They saw so many things which were very strange and new for them, because it was the first time they leave from Shire.

They met Tom in a mysterious forest. He is very unusual person. He could talk with animals.

 

Week11 THE ROAD OF THE RINGS -the fellowshiop of the ring-

As a problem, Frodo’s dear friends ask him many things which connected with his secrets, so he was confused. And he decided that he tell everything to them.

But Frodo didn’t know how to start his talk. Then, his friend Merry said, “Well, I think I could help you, by talking you some of it myself.” Then, surprisingly, Merry’s already known about his secret totally! He knew Frodo’s feeling. He said, “you are miserable, because you don’t know how to say good-bye.”

To tell the truth, his friends asked Sam to tell them secretly about Frodo’s plan. Pippin said to Frodo, “You must go – and therefore we must, too.”

I was so moved to read this line.

Then, they began their journey to destroy evil Ring.

Week10

Now, Frodo hasn’t told his friends about his secret dangerous mission.

Frodo’s Friends didn’t know about his mission, so Frodo cannot say good-bye to them. But on the way they are moving to fake “new house”, They’re followed by someone very scary. The people was called black rider, because they were on the horses. Frodo sensed that they are accompanies of Sauron. They run away or hide by them.

Frodo’s friends, Merry and Pippin seemed that they felt something is strange, so they began to ask about it. Frodo cannot talk about it, because he knew that if he told them about his hard mission, they will say “we’ll go with you”, but it was too dangerous for them to go with Frodo.

Week8

The owner of this Ring doesn’t die, doesn’t grow. That was why Bilbo was able to live very long with healthy body and look. And if you use this ring, your body became invisible from everyone. But if you use it often, sooner or later, ring’s dark power will devour you and your mind. That was the reason why Bilbo felt that he didn’t want to part with it.

And if the ring was hold by someone who has evil thought or desire, it’s very dangerous for the whole world. And for some reason, some enemy got to know that the Ring is in Shire (here), and “Baggins( Frodo’s family name )” is holding it. So, Gandalf told Frodo that he has to leave Shire, and go to the Land of Moldor to destroy it.

By this shadow of the past, Frodo was lead to his hard destiny.

 

 

Week7

THE LORD OF THE RINGS, the shadow of the past

After Bilbo left his hometown, Frodo was living alone in his big home. He had some close friends who were friends with Frodo for many years, and frequently, Sam (a gardener of Frodo’s house) was in his garden.

One day, Gandalf (great old wizard) reappeared after his long absence. He brought Frodo some very bad facts.

Frodo’s Ring was one of the Eleven magic rings. It was made by evil enemy, sauron,  and it’s dangerous thing, because it is said that, this ring has strong power which enable the owner to control whole world.
